The Evaeri complex has two maisonettes in total and they are super-luxury. They have a kitchen, a laundry room, a wonderful living room with a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed, a dining room, a saltwater pool. On the first floor is the bedroom with private bathroom and a very large balcony.

The location

The location of Evaeri, in Mytikas, Preveza, ideally combines the tranquility of the sea with easy access to the city of Preveza, the beaches of the area and the most important attractions of the area.

The well-known & multi-awarded “blue flag” beaches of Preveza are literally next to Evaeri, as with a few minutes’ drive you can enjoy the magnificent Monolithi, Vrachos, Loutsa, etc.

Access to the accommodation is also very easy, as Aktion Airport is very close. By road you will reach it very easily and comfortably through the Aktion immersed tunnel from the motorway Ionia Odos.
